Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Motorhome Sales Person and an enthusiastic sales cadet to join our dynamic sales team at Melbourne's largest motorhome dealership Roberts RV World.

As a Motorhome Sales Person, you will be responsible for promoting and selling both used motorhomes and new Avida RV motorhomes to prospective customers. Your primary goal will be to support the sales manager in achieving sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on the features and benefits of both used motorhomes and new Avida RV motorhomes.

- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the quality and functionality of the motorhomes.

- Generate leads and proactively follow up with prospective customers to close sales.

- Provide accurate and detailed information on pricing, financing options, and available warranties for both used motorhomes and new Avida RV motorhomes.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the motorhome industry, including new Avida models, design trends, and competitor offerings.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.

- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to sales transactions.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry is highly desirable.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build rapport.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Familiarity with motorhome features and specifications is advantageous.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is preferred.

- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
